As soon as you become member of this site by default you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold HealthwatchNetwork.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, subsidiaries, affiliates and other partners harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of this agreement.

We want to make it clear that HEALTHWATCHNETWORK.COM makes NO claims that any of all Content of HealthwatchNetwork.com is appropriate or may be downloaded outside of the United States. Membership Eligibility

In order to become a member and access the area on thisSite reserved for members (the “Member Area”), HealthwatchNetwork.com requires that you are either a (a) diagnosed patient or an adult who want manager his/her health record or a parent or legal guardian acting for such a patient who is under 18 years of age or incapacitated, (b) caregiver for a patient eligible to join such community, (c) health care professional (e.g. doctor, nurse, health researcher, etc.), (d) any individual who wants to keep and maintain their health record online for non-commercial reasons to participate in the community and who agrees to respect the privacy and preserve the dignity of all community participants or (e) commercial members who want to promote their hospital, clinic or any other healthcare, pharmaceutical business (f) guest as authorized by a HealthwatchNetwork.com member or paid employee or volunteer contributor of the site.

Children under the age of 13 are completely forbidden from registering as members. By registering to HealthwatchNetwork.comas a member you represent that you are age 13 or older.

HealthwatchNetwork.com CONTENT

The contents of HealthwatchNetwork.comincluding the content and information contained in the member area and its services are envisionedfor the personal use of its individual non-commercial members and commercial organizations. Commercial members, Organizations, companies, and/or businesses may become members. Member Password and Login Identity

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your member password and login, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account with or without your knowledge. If you knowingly provide your login and password information to another person, your membership privileges may be suspended temporarily or terminated. You agree to immediately notify HealthwatchNetwork.com of any unauthorized use of your membership password or login or any other breach of security.

If you are a non-commercial member you may not use HealthwatchNetwork.com or your membership in HealthwatchNetwork.com for any commercial or business purpose.

You agree to not post or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

You agree not to intimidate, harass or interfere with other users or members’ use and enjoyment of the Site (for example, by harassing, threatening, soliciting, overly promoting personal interests, or stalking another participant of a chat room, forum, seminar, or threaded message, including the use of expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred, or profanity).

You represent and warrant that the information you provided when registering as a member, and all information you subsequently provide regarding yourself and your membership, is true and accurate and not misleading.

HealthwatchNetwork.com reserves the right to terminate a user account if in our sole discretion we deem that user has violated the Terms of Use.

Collection of your personal information
