TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, HealthwatchNetwork.com’S AGGREATE LIABILITY, AND THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF OUR LICENSORS, TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
SYSTEM INTEGRITY
You may not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of HealthwatchNetwork.com or the underlying platform. You may not take any action, which imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our or our any of our providers’ infrastructures. You may not disclose or share your password with any third parties or use your password for any unauthorized service. You shall be solely responsible for all use or misuse of your password, except to the extent caused directly by HealthwatchNetwork.com.
Membership Termination
You agree that HealthwatchNetwork.com may, with or without cause, immediately terminate your HealthwatchNetwork.com membership or limit or terminate or refuse your access to the Member Area or the site without prior notice. Without limiting the foregoing, the following may lead to a termination by HealthwatchNetwork.com of a member’s membership and use of the site: (a) breaches or violations of this agreement or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) a request by you (self-initiated membership cancellation), (d) unexpected technical issues or problems, and (e) extended periods of inactivity. HealthwatchNetwork.com has no obligation to maintain, store, or transfer to you information or data that you have posted on or uploaded to the Site.
TERMINATION
You agree that HealthwatchNetwork.com may, in its sole discretion, with or without cause, immediately terminate your HealthwatchNetwork.commembership or limit orterminate or suspend your access to HealthwatchNetwork.com or refuse service at any time, without notice, to all or part of HealthwatchNetwork.com for any or no reason, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms of Use or the infringement of copyrights owned by third parties.
HealthwatchNetwork.com, including, without limitation, its authorized agents and employees may terminate your use of HealthwatchNetwork.com without notice in the event that you breach any obligation in these Terms of Use, including but not limited to, (i) restricting, inhibiting or disrupting any HealthwatchNetwork.com event or (ii) attempting to alter or improperly access any feature or function of HealthwatchNetwork.com. (a) breache or violations of this Agreement or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) a request by you (self-initiated membership cancellation), (d) unexpected technical issues or problems, and (e) extended periods of inactivity. HealthwatchNetwork.com has no obligation to maintain, store, or transfer to you information or data that you have posted on or uploaded to the Site.
Your access may also be subject to termination if you post or transmit any illegal content; harass or threaten any user or any HealthwatchNetwork.com employee; post content (including, but not limited to, the creation of a username) that is offensive or otherwise disruptive of HealthwatchNetwork.com activities; post unsolicited advertising; or improperly impersonate a HealthwatchNetwork.com employee or other individual.
These Terms of Use, the Privacy Statement and any other terms referenced in this agreement constitute the entire agreement between you and HealthwatchNetwork.com with respect to your access and use of HealthwatchNetwork.com and supersede all prior or concurrent agreements (whether oral, written or electronic) between you and HealthwatchNetwork.com with respect to HealthwatchNetwork.com and its services. If any of the provisions of this agreement are determined to be invalid or unenforceable, then each invalid or enforceable provision will be construed in a manner consistent with applicable laws to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. HealthwatchNetwork.com may assign these Terms of Use (i) to any of its affiliates, (ii) to the surviving entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or the sale of all or substantially all of the assets of HealthwatchNetwork.com or (iii) in connection with the sale of HealthwatchNetwork.com or the business unit associated with it.
Modifications to this Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time, and without prior notice, by posting amended terms on this Site. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically for any updates or changes, which will have an update effective date.
Fees
Membership with HealthwatchNetwork.com is currently free. HealthwatchNetworkLLC reserves the right to from time to time change the terms of this agreement and charge for membership and/or to provide additional optional services for a fee.
